OFHSA is a federation of individual Home & School associations, groups of members who sign up at their schools to be part of a volunteer parent network across Ontario

Membership is open to the parents/guardians of a child attending any public school in Ontario

Teachers, community members and grandparents who wish to support the beliefs and objectives of the OFHSA are also welcome to join

All members active in the Federation at every level are currently either members of a particular Home & School association, or are alumni members of the Federation
